Isaa's eyes suddenly shone and she scanned the female demon and realized she is indeed already trying to change her body from inside out. 

Demons had similar insides like humanoid forms, but not the same so she was first changing the insides and then she had to spend huge amount of energy to change her outside.

Kendra could help her, but she didn't and let her do it herself as she knew how proud demons were and hated anyone helping them.
