He picks me up and I protest.

I smile at him and he does the same.

Jason: You know, it gets tough doing this all alone. I wish, I had someone lift me away from here.
Mia: You're not alone.
Jason: Huh?
I squeeze his pale hand tightly. I'm right here... for you.
When did it happen? When did it start? I felt I could make everything right, I could make it happen. However, when our time ended...
Jason: This.. This it it.
Mia:...
I clench my fists tightly.
Jason: You really have nothing to say?
I look away, unable to meet his eyes.
Mia:.. Nope.
Jason:.. I see. I guess this is..
Mia: This is goodbye.
He bites his lip and nods. We both turn our backs to each other. He walks away, I don't. I slowly turn to look at him. His silhouette slowly disappears in the dense fog as we walks away.
It's snowing but, when he was here, it felt warmer... in my heart. Why couldn't I say it? My heart shatters. I reach my hand to his faint shadow. Should I go after him..?
