Either be willing to take the consequences into account or avoid this kind of situation altogether.
Although I might be able to function extremely well even on low sleep, due to a few years of bad sleep management, this is not a skill that should be trained.
The gains do not outweigh the risks. Always prioritize at least 8 hours of sleep. If you miss a day, make sure you sleep longer on the following one.
