Capítulo 30: UNREQUITED LOVE
Song Dei Si was looking at the bouquet of flowers lying in their living room when Song Mingsheng tapped her shoulder and seated next to her.
"Hmmm, I guess my daughter has caught a big fish who can afford to send these flowers. I wonder how much these has cost the guy. Is he someone that I know or a new admirer of yours?"
"It's from Lee Jin Ho."
Song Mingsheng looked at her surprised. "Has he returned to the country already?"
"Yes, and he will be staying here for good."
"Is he pursuing you?"
"I believe so."
"Will you give him a chance?"
Song Dei Si looked at her father. "Do you think it's about time to give other guys a chance?"
"Lee Jin Ho is such a nice guy. If you gonna end up with him, I don't have any objection." Song Mingsheng has given his honest opinion. "But of course I always wanted to see you happy"
And happiness for her spells Yan Mor Tee's name. But he no longer cares.
"Think about it my child, if you knew that it's about time to give up on that unrequited love, go ahead. You have my full support" Song Mingsheng said.
"Uhm" she said as she lightly acknowledged his advise.
Song Mingsheng looked at his wristwatch. "It's past 9PM already, I need to hit the sack now. You too, sleep early tonight."
She nodded. Song Mingsheng walked his way to his bedroom. She was left pondering his advise. Yan Mor Tee was her first love and she wanted him to be her last. She'd been inlove with him since she was 16 years old. And she knew that her heart has never grow old.
Is she ready to finally let him go?
