Chapter Fifteen:
In a bright room, a beautiful ten year old girl slowly opened her eyes and sat up. She stretched out like a lazy cat before looking around the room.
'Eh... isn't this room..' Her eyes grew wide with realization.
Meng woke up in the same room she transmigrated to... the same room that killed a person in seconds from disease!
She looked at the ground and automatically felt sick when she saw the blood stain on the floor. Glancing at the seemingly new food set up beside her bed Meng's face turned dark.
'These evil dogs how dare they put me back in here? Are they trying to kill me!'
She was starving to death, but how could she dare to eat this food. She might just drop dead right afterwards! Meng wanted to cry as she unwillingly pushed the food away from her. She would really beat up whoever placed her in this room.
Holding on to her rebelling stomach, Meng yelled out weakly. "Servant!"
Meng waited for five minutes without a response before letting out another weak call... still no one came. Her eyes narrowed in annoyance and her fists clenched under her sleeves.
A little louder Meng called for the servants again. She stared at the door and her expression became darker and darker when no one entered. As a cultivator she could clearly hear people's heart beats behind the door. Yet, no matter how much she called no one entered.
She gritted her teeth as she grasped at her last bits of patience. "Whoever is outside please make yourself known to this princess."
Outside she could hear small giggles but no response. Heh... they dare play with her like this when she was trying so hard to be nice.
Meng glared menacingly at the door with a face dark enough to drip ink.

Outside of the room two maids gossiped while giggling. Every time they heard Meng yell out their giggling would get louder until the point where they were actually holding their stomach.
"You were right Su lan, I cant believe she is actually taking this sitting down!" One of the maids stared at the other one with admiration.
When she was first assigned to take care of the demon princess she was absolutely terrified. The princess was ruthless and cruel, more importantly she was at the third level of martial cultivation.
Su Lou was able to cultivate herself however, even at the age of eighteen she wasn't able to make it pass the second level of martial rank cultivation. She tried her hardest to break past her bottle neck and spent all of her spare time cultivating. Unfortunately, as a commoner she didn't have access to all of the medical pills and cultivation techniques royals had, which would of allowed her to break through.
She was extremely envious of Princess Meng who received the best care and was at a higher cultivation level than her at age ten. She really wanted to give the spoiled brat a piece of her mind and almost died of despair when she was sent to serve the bitch!
But heaven didn't fail her since she wasn't alone in taking care of Princess Meng. Su lan was also here and she reached cultivation martial level six at age thirty! Even if Meng pitches a fit, Su lan could easily deal with her.
"Humph! I've been dealing with brats like her for years! They like to bully the weak, but once you hit back they become as loyal as dogs!" Su lan cocked her chin up high in arrogance as she snickered at the princess. She would definitely take joy in beating an arrogant royal like Princess Meng into submission.
Once Su lan gets control over such a valuable pawn her cultivation will advance quicker than ever before. After all, Ru Gu Meng is a rank one princess her drawers are surely stacked with Dan pills! Su Lou rubbed her hands together as a greedy smile grew on her face.
When the princess stopped yelling out Su lan confidently opened the door and strolled in.
"Your highness, you were calling for this s-s-servant..." Su lan's face paled with she felt the murderous aura coming from the girl. It was malicious and violent even making a a sixth leveled martial cultivator like herself shudder in fear.
Staring into the piercing eyes of the ten year old child, she felt like her entire soul was exposed. Unable to face the feeling anymore she tactfully closed the door.
Su Lou looked at her friend waiting for her to brag about beating up the princess. Her eyes glowed when she imagined that once full of herself princess being dragged off her high horse.
"Why aren't you saying anything? Haha you didn't kill her did you?" Su Lou was about to laugh again when she met the cold eyes of her friend.
"You. Shut up and go get some food for the princess after she eats send her to the emperor....in the future don't mess with her." Su lan spat out ruthlessly at Su Lou. Her heart softened when she saw how hurt Su Lou looked and decided to give her some advice.
"I've been in the palace for a long time and trust me messing with an insane person like Princess Meng never ends well." She shivered when she thought about that evil aura again. Meng looked at her as if she killed the Princess's entire family!
Even though Su Lan knew that she could definitely win in a fight, Meng's aura told her that before she bowed her head, she would rather die. Killing a princess was absolutely unquestionable, therefore Su lan might as well wipe her hands clean before making any serious mistakes.
