"Oh, come on, Nathalia! Don't say that! It's hurting my feelings." Elizabeth says this, but she actually doesn't care if Nathalia misses her or not. All she wants from Nathalia is the satisfaction that she wanted. To fill her up and to make her feel enlightened. "Anyways, how's the gift that I gave you that time? I'm sure I left quite a mark on your back."
Nathalia subconsciously reached out at the back of her shoulder. Elizabeth guessed it correctly, the mark on her back is still intact. She has a way to remove it, but she couldn't do it. She wants to get rid of Elizabeth out of her life permanently before she removes it.
Even if her scar is gone, it would not matter because removing the scar on her back means nothing if the culprit is still around.
"Yeah," Nathalia replied. "You did leave a mark on me. Every time I see my back in the mirror, it reminds me of you. You've hunted me for so many years now, Elizabeth. It's time to end this."
