Amused by her reaction, he posed a playful question. "If she truly had, what would you have done?"

Without hesitation, Jiang Yuyan released her seatbelt. "It appears I wasn't clear enough before. She won't heed any warnings unless I make her regret ever touching you."

Lu Lijun gently restrained her as she attempted to exit the vehicle, his hand reaching out to grasp hers. "No need for that. She did nothing."
