These were the items that he borrowed from Shurka, who had these goodies for free. Mia could have asked for more, but he did not want to look like a pimp by taking everything that she had.

Also, he transferred all barrels of jet fuel to Shurka so that she could coordinate with Sebastian and Crystal. Since he went out to find troubles alone, he had expected that he would not return to the base within a day or two.
