"Oh, so you're very familiar with the people from the royal family?" Shuang probed.
"You're not just pretty, you're also sharp but yeah, sort of." The young man smiled fondly at the young girl.
"It's not just you're familiar with them, I can tell you also have a special connection with them." Shuang commented which surprised the man in front of her.
"And may I ask how can you say so?"
"Instinct." Shuang answered as she stood up and fixed her dress.
"And an instinct could be wrong sometimes." The man also stood up and hurriedly followed her.
"You're right but I trusted mine and it never been wrong."
The man was surprised again by the girl's character. "You're really something. Hey, I am Bai Chun, and may I have the honor to know this young lady's name? Bai Chun slightly bowed as he looked at Shuang with sparkling eyes and displayed dimples.
Shuang was amused but she did not introduced her name. She tapped the man's shoulder lightly and said,
"Hey dude, I know you're quite handsome but your charms can't work on me. So stop that act. The girls are throwing daggers on me." Shuang said and continued walking ignoring the jealous ladies that were looking at them since earlier.
Bai Chun froze for a moment as the girl's direct words echoed repeatedly in him.
'I'm just in my first move and she rejected me right away?' Bai Chun looked at the moving distance of the girl's back unbelievably.
"Hey! Wait up!" He hurriedly followed as the girl was now a distance away from him.
Bai Chun catches her up in front of the famous restaurant in Southern City.
"Their roasted peking duck here is the best. I can guarantee that. Let's come in, I'm quite hungry as well." Bai Chun winked at her when he heard the sound of her angry stomach.
The shopkeeper greeted and assisted them personally when he saw them walked in from the entrance.
"Young Master Bai, welcome back!"
"Hmmm, same place as usual but I have a company here and this time, serve us all of your specialties."
While Bai Chun was talking to the shopkeeper, Shuang surveyed her eyes around the ground floor. The tables were fully occupied by eating people as it was lunch time. By the looked of their outfits, she could tell, they were commoners. The restaurant was simply but elegantly designed in more natural ventilation. The shopkeeper brought them to the second floor and lead them to one particular room that overview the street below. On the way, Shuang saw that their were some nobles eating in an open area with a specific distances of the tables. The open area and the closed room area only specified the statuses of the people eating in the second floor which means that this Bai Chun is a higher rank noble. The special room was more furnished than the open area and more refreshing as the room was also filled with green plants.
" I am fond of greenery so that's why this room is also filled with green plants." Bai Chun stated as he invited her to sit.
Shuang looked at him with inquiry for his statement.
"The closed rooms was designed for the nobles with higher status and with higher position. This also give us the opportunity and allow us to choose and rent our own room. No one can use this room aside from you and you can design the room however you want. This is the uniqueness of this restaurant which also preferred by the most nobles aside from their food." Bai Chun explained as the waiter served them some appetizers.
The man was quite talkative as he had already talked much random things about Southern City before the dishes served which help Shuang at least.

The more events we have the busier I am. Right now, we still have a lined up list of booked events so my updates are still slow as the months of Feb and March are one of the busy months to us...Hope you understand, thank you.
