"Hey, how do I look?"
Ian heard Tia's sweet voice, pulling him out of his trance.
"Stunning."
He cleared his throat and he arched his arm. Tia shyly wrapped her arms around him and they walked out of the Manor.
Their guests followed suit. Charlie went to TP's side.
"Hey are you alright?"
He worriedly asked her. He noticed her flustered countenance earlier.
TP smiled at him and she slowly nodded. She calm down when she saw her best friend earlier.
Tia had always have that calming effect on her ever since when they we're just young.
There's some kind of warmth around her that can pacify one's heart.
'No wonder Ian was tamed by her. '
She inwardly scoffed. They each take their own cars and headed towards the bureau.
Upon arriving, Tia was surprised to see Kenny together with Mei Chen waiting for them at the lobby.
Mei Chen was in a wheel chair she was dressed in blush pink dress.
She was holding a flower basket, she looked like a cute little flower girl.
"Mei-Mei.. I'm so glad you're here too."
Tia tearfully exclaimed. They were just planning to fill out their forms and register their marriage.
But seeing Ian had invited all her closest friends she was feeling overwhelmed with happiness.
She felt their marriage was exceptionally special.
"Congratulations sister Tia."
Mei Chen greeted her. The truth was Kenny informed her about Tia's wedding.
She was reluctant to go at first, with her condition she's worried that she would be a nuisance.
Kenny insisted for them to go. He went and ordered a fancy looking blush pink dress for her that night he received the invitation.
"Mei-Mei, we should go, you know Brother Ian was not the type of person that will invite us."
"I don't want to burden sis Tia. I know she's feeling guilty about what happened to me."
"Don't be so hard on yourself. It only means Brother Ian knows sister in law will be happy seeing you. That's why he wanted us to come."
"But..."
"Be good now Mei-Mei. Go get some sleep so you'll feel refreshed tomorrow."
Kenny softly said. Mei Chen instantly blushed hearing him talking to her as if he's coaxing her.
He noticed that Kenny had never left her side. She kept sending her away but he will always tell her that he was just following Tia's request.
