"Are we arguing over stupid reason again?" she asked tiredly.

His face changed. Was this the end of their relationship... again? He definitely did not want this to happen again. Twice was more than enough.

"I'm sorry," he said hurriedly as he pulled her into his arms. "I'm sorry for losing my temper again."

She turned to look away from him, refusing to look at his face. She was hurt. Why does he always do this to her?

He coaxed her gently, pulling her toward the living room so they could sit on the couch. He made sure she sat on his lap as he coaxed her until she finally forgave him.
