"Farewell for now child, I shall see you soon." And then I felt a warm breeze before I watched that world melt away, the one that had felt so lonely before I had met Cyrus. Who is he...
I awoke feeling warm and safe and smelt the scent of Roses all around me. I opened my eyes to see the magic infirmary... covered in Roses!? Is this a bad joke? I gaped at the beautiful bright reds, white pinks, blacks, blues... Every shade. An ornate sun was on the note with the words "I didn't know what color to get you, so I chose them all. ~Cyrus :)" I then stared up at the ceiling which was covered by beautiful roses. I started to hear banging on the door but I didn't spare it mind. The lady here, Cassandra, hated to allow visitors. So naturally I simply stared at the ceiling. I could sense Mana in each one, and I suspect it will aid in healing magical ailments as well. Suddenly the banging stopped and then, BANG! The doors were exploded open, and debris went everywhere. A piece clipped my shoulder causing blood to leak down my shoulder and I stared in shock at Cassandra and the King who were now hurrying through the debris caused by, what I assume was a fireball.
"Always aim for a spectacular entrance don't you?" I say as soon as he's in earshot and he turns and looks at me and freezes. There all frozen. Looking at the Roses and me, Rose. Yeah.
"Cyrus went overboard..." I moan and then laugh at they stare at me like I am a crazy person.
"What did you say?" The King looked at me like I had finally lost it, which made me laugh, which probably made him think I had lost it more. I watched him turn to Cassandra who gave a bewildered shrug. It was my knight Lieutenant Cross, who stepped forward and spoke.
"Was someone else in here talking to you?!" His eyes were alert and he hand drawn his sword into a defensive stance while he edged towards me.
"Mmmm, I don't know if he exists here on this plain... I met him in the Spirit realm... He sent me flowers to make me feel better, but on his letter he didn't know what color I would like... so this was the result... Actually it probably would have just been one color if I had told him. Man that guy has no sense? Hmm. I feel like that's similar to a certain King..." I must and the King, Cassandra and Lieutenant Cross looked at each other and I could pretty much see the 'she's actually lost it' look on their faces.
"No, I am not crazy, I have this letter, well note I suppose, he signed it too." I passed it to the King who stared wide-eyed at it.
"This paper is colored blue? What?" He gaped and took it from me to stare at it. Paper in this world is universally white or yellow. Nothing else because the technology simply doesn't exist. The note was blue with white clouds and a sun. I watched them stare at one another, clearly bewildered.
