Capítulo 55: Fifty-Five
"I will have him properly investigated and handle it, why don't you go finish all the rest of that paperwork for me? It might turn out that you can figure out someone else involved if you do it." I nodded before replying,
"Yes your Majesty I will get to it immediately." I bowed before exiting the room and heading to my office. When I arrived I noticed a man leaning against the door, it was one of the bird brain duo, Captian Raven.
"How can I help you Captain?" He looks at me carefully before replying.
"His Highness Prince Arthur requests your presence." Raven had been assigned to guard Arthur and Sparrow was handling their platoon by himself. Apparently it meant he was doing a lot of paperwork alone and having to use less time to train so he hasn't been happy.
"Tell his Highness that I am terribly sorry, however I have a pressing matter I must attend to, assigned by his Majesty. If he must see me I must ask he visits me in my office if it is of official note. Otherwise his Highness must wait, I am again, truely and terribly sorry but there is little I can do. I am a court advisor I must complete my job first." I reply and Raven nods casually before replying.
"I was told to kidnap you and bring you to him if you replied in such a way." He says easily and I smirk back before I responded.
"I have an amulet charged with Mana, I can take you out before you can do anything I am afraid. Do not look down on my strength even if I cannot currently use magic, I can still kill you." He laughed heartily.
"Feisty, good good! We've all been worried since bomb after bomb has gone off near you that you might snap." I raised an eyebrow.
"Me? Snap? I'm afraid you do not know me well, Captain." He laughed while shaking his head.
"Nah, I probably don't. Well I'll see you again soon, Miss Rose." Then he walked off and I unlocked my office door before entering and closing the door. I then walked to my desk and plopped down before entertaining all the paperwork I had from all of the territories. This is going to take days, I guess I will have to get to this seriously and quickly.
