Resumen

Galahad had accomplished his lifelong goal of becoming a knight at the young age of 20, finally obtaining for himself that which every honorable man born in a classic Western fantasy desired: his very own fief!

Unfortunately, that was where his good fortune ran afoul.

Abandoned by his elder brother who was a mage of the court, conned by a slimy merchant into bankruptcy, and maimed by a Goblin army that had just finished burning his entire fief to the ground, Sir Galahad found out that the “right to rule” was not as glamorous as he had thought.

“Dear husband, you didn’t forget me, did you?!!”

That’s right! One should not forget being forced to marry the daughter of a commoner.

A proper Knight’s life is difficult!

(While I do also appreciate power stones, reviews and comments keep me going, so don't be afraid to share your words. I will also answer questions asked in comments ^^.)

Hello, author here. I am hopping you are enjoying or you plan to enjoy my novel. My stability of updates is kinda atrocious since I tend to write in a whim. Em please write comments and reviews even negative ones since I enjoy getting feedback. That is all adios.

More kingdom novels?! Not a cliche one though! If you love that rise to power and a protagonist who seems more human than paper, then dig in, this book is for you! I love galahad's personality and how things are turning out even though to story had probably just begun. Grammar is great, so not much to say here. Keep it up author! >3</

The novel approaches Kingdom building from the bottom up. The MC starts out with a small land area and herein lies the beauty. The author could bring it in any direction and has demonstrated skill in doing so already. Fans of Kingdom-building are advised to give it a read ^^

Slow paced kingdom-building with really realistic characters. Too bad Molasses Vlassis's writing speed is worse than mine.

One of the best kingdom building novels I have read so far. I love the details into the process of building the fief and the followers the MC is gaining along the process.

Extremely good story start point, Needs more chapters to flesh it out like trl. Some parts are glossed over wish more detailed information mainly with wife like is she pregnant yet so forth but totally worth the read first.

I like the beginning of the story. The redemption of a noble who does nothing but expunge on the gold and the lives of his fief and serfs is given a second chance, not through death, mind you, which almost all of the stories here are. This then is his chance to redeem the loss of his fief, his new serfs could even help him in the rebuilding. Thanks you!

Agreed with previous reviews, has potential to be a great kingdom building story even without sytem menus it can be done other authors take note. Things I like: a living breathing human mc with vulnerabilities and faults. A very realistic view on nobility and marriage. Not many tired cliches. Humor is there, and I love the father in law he's a ballbreaker! Things I don't like: Some of the wording in regards to titles also how some words aren't quite right as they are used. I think all authors on this site would benefit greatly from a spell check being integrated into inkstone.

Damn I feel bad for the mc. He got so much sh!t in so few chapters.. But I know that it will make it all the sweeter when he finally activates his plot armor and starts destroying anything and everything that ever opposed him. So just write more and satisfy my desire for a comeback Mr/Ms author. Srsly write more.
