Eris was frozen in place, unable to give words to the feelings going through her at the moment. Despite her realm, her body had always felt weak and constrained, like there was a huge weight pressing her to the ground every second of every day. As for using her glorious wings to fly, she wouldn't even have dreamed of it. 

But right now, at this very second, she felt like there was nothing stopping her, like power was just shooting forth from the deepest regions of her still small form.

"What the hell is this?" Eris said, looking down and seeing the two mounds blocking her vision of her feet. She ran over to an ornate mirror that Aphrodite had on the wall and couldn't help but drop her jaw in stunned silence.
