Capítulo 57: Make a wish
Cherry suddenly noticed few finger marks on his left ckeek, her heart felt a sudden pain.
She touched his left cheek and asked with astonishedment, "Who did this?".
Daniel could see the love and sorrow in her eys, he delivered a sarcastic smile and replied.
"Its birthday gift from my dad."
"Birthday "? The word hit Cherry's mind with big question mark.. She couldn't understand why he didn't tell her that today was his birthday, she also couldn't understand why his father hurt him on his birthday.
Cherry felt sad and confused at the same time.
With a trembling voice she asked him, "Why did he hurt you on your birthday? "
Daniel took a deep breath and delivered a forceful smile, "Because I didn't want to be a part of his business deal."
Cherry didn't know anything about business or deal, She didn't even want to know, she just felt that Daniel was in pain.
She hugged him like a baby and patted his back. "why didn't you tell me that today is your birthday hmm?" Cherry whispered.
Daniel tightened his grip around her back and replied lowering his voice, "Today is also my mom's death anniversary"
" I was six years old when my mom died in a accident, from that day I never celebrate my birthday and I don't want to tell anyone about my birthday. "
Daniel's words were like a thunder in Cherry's head, she never thought that the life of a arrogant devil boy like Daniel was such painfull.
Cherey couldn't hold her tears anymore and started crying on his chest like a sad little kitten.
Daniel suddenly felt that his shirt was getting wet.He lifted up her chin slowly and saw her wet eyes, tears were dropping like pearls. She was looking so alluring that Daniel wanted kiss her.
Daniel touched her teary eyes softly, "Why are you crying?" he asked.
Cherry hurriedly wiped her tears and smiled.
She quickly looked at her phone and checked time, "Your birthday is not yet finished, we still have five minutes"
"From this year I will celebrate your every birthday with you."
Cherry put her one hand on Daniel's eyes and said, "Make a wish."
Daniel smiled at her childish actions, he closed his eyes and made a wish.
Cherry asked him with curiosity, "What wish did your make."
Daniel scratched his head with a cute way and replied, "I will tell you when time comes."
Cherry pouted her mouth, she made a sweetly pitiful expression and said, "But we don't have a cake, you must have a cake on your birthday. "
Daniel gave his famous charming smile,
he touched her lips and pinched it a little hard "You can offer me something sweeter than a cake,"He said.
Cherry removed his finger from her lips and took few steps backward.
"You never miss a chance to bully me," she complained.
Daniel took few steps ahead and remove the gap between them. With a devilish attitude he said, " I don't want to bully you, I just want a piece of cake."
"If you can't manage a cake right now then you have an option to offer me something else."
Cherry Blocked her lips with her both hands and said, " Don't even think about it."
Daniel removed her hands from her lips and grabbed her wrists, " What can i do, I just happened to think about it all the time."
Cherry felt shy hearing his shameless statement, she lowered her head, her face was looking like a red tomato.
Daniel smile at her red face and said teasingly, "Well, I don't mind to have a tomato instead of a cake."
