Yan Se could almost feel the savory sensation on her tongue. Her taste buds were grooving as she drooled when she plunged her head into the bowl. 

But it was that someone who snatched the bowl away in a flash. 

There was a faint smile on his chiselled face as Lu Bai brought more cherries into his mouth slowly, gradually, one by one—which was shameless and cruel towards Yan Se.

"You have exceeded your cherry quota today. Do you know they contain acid? It's bad for your stomach. Look, it's 1 A.M. now. You can skip dinner but you can't skip supper." She hopped towards Lu Bai, "Can we have supper, pwease, pwease?" She blinked rapidly.

"I don't take supper," said Lu Bai as he brought the bowl outside, "Well, you could make your own supper, if you could move your hands." He beamed at her body. 

Excuse me? Is that a challenge? Did you just humiliate me?
