Dark, ravishing satin outfits embraced the masculine figures to hide their robustness. Silver grip panel of the metal killer-arm glistened once under the fluorescent light disappearing after the tug of the suit as the leader gave a brief comb on his current sprayed brownish hair.

'Take a few more in extra, Hoseok,' The oldest's eyes steadily followed the subject male's tracing fingers over the ammo, 'for extra precautions.' Hoseok nodded at his words. Tick-tock minute hand of the clock muttered, traveling downstairs to reach the digit six. Yoongi watched over the clock and turned back to the others to give off a vigilant look. His stern gaze spoke, it was almost the time to leave.

Jungkook was silently standing outside next to the railings. His roving eyes followed the fewer constellations which were left visible and apart on the void dark sky. A soft touch on his shoulder made him look back.

'Hyung...' Jimin clutched his shoulder lightly attaining a glow of smile on his face. Jungkook looked down, his eyes got lost behind the curtain of black-brown fringes of his, 'Shall we really do this? You don't know how much I hate that object.' His fearful orbs pointed down on one of the murderer guns. Evil jesters, as if laughing under the waning moon.

A simple question he asked, seeking either a yes or no, yet left the older in silence for a second in thoughts. What he said was more than one word, as to put emphasis on his assertion, 'Kookie, we should do what we are bound to do. And he's a bad man after all, think in that way. In where we are, there's no going back, there's no leaving anything back.'

'At least we are in it together.' Jungkook smiled faintly at his words, but his pale expression won't still go away.

'Hyung, what do you do when you are scared?'

Jimin tittered. Jerking his head, he replied, 'Surprising enough, even I asked the same question to someone today.' He looked down at his wrist. A tiny smile across his face.

'Just relax, Kookie. It's just a matter of one night, one task. As soon as it will be over,' he said, 'It will be just like the last moon before a new moon night.'

Jungkook loosened his shoulders, then replied in a casual voice, 'You looked really nervous back when we were about to perform, hyung. Were you tensed regarding our this night's task?'

Jimin tilted his head, 'Well, can say that. But, I am okay now.' Lifting his hand up to hold onto his left chest, he looked on his wrist and smiled. 'I am okay.' reiterated he.

'Guys,' Yoongi's bold ordering voice took back all's attention, 'Let's go.'

The strings tightly knotted, held up the ornate masks around the steel-like seven pairs of eyes. The black loafers marched out the door, headed for their long-awaited destination.

Y/N's P.O.V-

'Thank you, Y/N ssi. You are so helpful, I can't really thank you enough.'

'Haha, it was my job anyways.' I squinted my eyes throwing off the biggest forced smile I could and pushed the last box further to its place. My eyes busily hovered over the wristwatch, mentally yelping as they saw how late I was already. To reach the place on due time, I had zero time left to spend on my makeover. I gritted my teeth, wondering how long I would have to stay in here until I finally get to escape.

'Aish, finally we are done!' My face gleamed in relief. I hurriedly picked up my belongings and waved turning back, 'Oh great! I kinda need to rush back to my place. Guess I will be leaving now then. See y'all later-'

'Wait Y/N ssi, where do you live? Shall I drop you home?' The woman's sudden proposal made me stop for a while on my heels, but considering my vehicle on the road will be more roaring than her car carefully driven on the street, I shook my head politely, 'No, it's fine. But thank you for asking.' Drawing a last line of formal smile, I darted out.

Damn it-

'Y/N, are you done yet?'

'Oh, ahm, almost.' I replied vaguely while tugging in the white chiffon shirt hastily under the black pants. Swiping the fake curly hair back, I looked up towards the reflection on the mirror. One word of admiration couldn't but flee from my mouth.

Whoever stood before the mirror didn't look like me, the real Y/N, at all. With those ginger slight waves, big framed glass and a small mole drawn on the left chin, I didn't know who she was standing as me on the mirror. [reference] I made a tsk of shameless praise and satisfaction. But maybe, it'd be fair enough to leave those glasses.

'47 Y/N reports, ready to step aboard.'

'Okay. Y/N, tap the second first button of your shirt.' As she said, I did.

'Perfect.' She spoke, 'We don't need it now though. Tap it on after you get in the place. From now on, besides code names, none of us knows each other.'

'Arasseo, M's.' In completion of the final work, I hid the guns binding them at the end of my calf near the worn slip-on shoes. 'Give me a signal right when you reach before the cave.'

'Copy that.'

The scanty psychedelic city lights rushed upon the metal bodies. For the second time in a row, a Lamborghini came in. Two girls walked out swaying their hips dramatically. One blonde, another brunette, the wavy forelocks cornered next to their ears under the veil hats covered half of their faces. High heels click-clacked on the tiled hard floor, both of them walked forward towards the guarded entrance.

Chewing the last piece of bubble gum, I took a keen view over the next few cars that parked in before the place. One by one car stopped by, one after another person came out and went in, each of them as if in a competition regarding how better to look or how richer to appear from each other. From the outside view, the hotel seemed extravagant already, not bearing even a simple hint, a hint that could point towards any abhorring crime which was perhaps going to happen tonight, sooner or later. Even so, only two ways to get in. Either be rich till the level where you can plop your money anywhere, also invited. Or.

Be an employee in that place.

I gently walked down the pathway and stopped before one of the back doors, which was fixed as an entryway for the staffs. Leaving a few knocks, I twirled the knob and went in. Inside, there stood a man in dull black, staring down from the sky-level height of his at me engaging the eagle's scrutinizing eyes.

'ID?'

Shifting the gum to the left side of my mouth, I neutrally held up the small thing. He took it off my hand and took a short glimpse, then engaged his bullet speed fingers to trace my presence out of their list. I tapped on the certain shirt button.

'Got it.' The earpiece went silent again. Weighing on my left foot, I patiently waited for him to finish his job, leaving work on the mate of my side to do his too. In a while, he provided a slow nod and giving back my card, then increased the least space to get through the narrow way. I bowed at him and casually proceeded.

'Task 1 complete.'

'Good. Now, take the second left. You will reach the kitchen area and meet other waiters. Wait there with them until the event starts. You can hit up any small conversation with one or two, but don't get too attached. Don't get too seen and too known to people. No one should for real know who you are.'

'Rog-'

'HI!!' I warily covered my ears as a strand of blonde hair danced before my unfocused eyes. 'You seem like of my age. Are you new to work here?' The girl asked fervently. Tracing the same black and white outfit we were both arrayed in, I simply nodded, 'Yes.'

'Yay!' She hurrahed and tugged my arm, 'Gosh, I was so nervous before and everybody here is so...I don't know...scary?!' She cautiously eyes over one of those ambling guards. ' I am glad that I met you. Do you need any help? Let me show you the way. Oh, and I am Ae-Cha by the way.'

'Glad to meet you too...' I dubiously walked forward while she kept going on with her endless one-way conversation despite the fact that I was still a complete stranger she met. I sighed and looked around. Pretty soon or later, I must get rid of her to not fall into any trouble...

The musical ambiance boomed a level louder with the place gradually starting to fill up with people. The moment of surprise took over me no sooner had I stepped in and taken a quick-motioned glimpse around. My eyes couldn't but grow wider.

Oh.

I knew there was gonna be a party. I wasn't quite sure, but now that I know, it was a masquerade party.

BTS sure had chosen the perfect place and time…

Tick tock...>>>

Pinstripe, satin, glittered; there were men in suits everywhere, each wearing full or half-faced mask occasionally talking to each other but, there was no sign of them yet anywhere. Reporting about my current state, I took a step out carrying my tray of orders. The moment, when, my sixth sense triggered, the certain yet unnamed strong aura bashed hard against me. Like the shade rolling up to expose the window glass to picture whatever scenic it had on its outside, I looked at my side direction, my visual cortex working more powerful than ever.

They're here...

'Do you see them, 47?'

'Yes.'

Out of all the black and white, blues and purples and all, there stood a few men separately maintaining a distance among themselves, yet like forming an invisible chain to remain vigilant next to one another. There existed nothing of a clue who was who, yet I could perceive who it was. There was Namjoon, Jin, that must be Hoseok, the maknae and ...

Wow...

To the victory of clichés, the last man of all, finally walked in. And that's when the world on revolving, seemed to stop.

Park Jimin...

On the dust of Aphrodite, he stood there in the royal crown of a prince. The glistening dark brown tuxedo hugged his well-defined body as though he blessed it. The tiled floor clacked in rhythm under his soles enslaved by his steps, as though he owned it. The strong gaze of his eyes which were the only visible part through that golden mask he wore. The way they trailed around in maintenance of precaution, I felt a spark of current tingling down my feet.

They joined the group of couples who stood at a side waiting for the masquerade dance. The lights dimmed a bit. Soles and heels trod on the path of the square floor forming a line. With a small oscillation of the pointed feet, the smooth movements with musicality arose gradually.

'I would like to get a drink please.'

'Sure sir.' Holding the tray forward, I meticulously kept noting the equal swivels of the boys. How swiftly they moved, how vigorously they taunted all other with their perfect dance skills. No doubt that they owned that very place. With my eyes motioning from one member to another, they were bound to take some time to stop and watch one from them, the specific one.

His born-dancer style outnumbered all among all, the once-upon-a-time contemporary dance definitely picturing the last image for him. He appeared cold and tough, unbothered. The petite girl in his hold, she was giggling slightly. Her hand intimately was snaked around his neck as he led her on the next steps. My eyes forcibly galvanized than before. The dance proceeded. and their couple mixed into the group going out of sight.

Applauds accompanied the sound in the atmosphere. With the dancers settled down on individual seats in the break, I gently walked with the tray in my hand. Bringing forth the display of a number of drinks, I drew a polite smile and asked, 'Drink, sir?'

The man in the purple mask, Namjoon, he looked up in my direction. His bored fixed eyes ambled up and down getting to know the outside me from tip to toe. I waited patiently for any reply which I should have received, at least a yes, or no. But,

He just kept staring.

The nebulous glow in his vision gradually started to disappear. Maybe…asking them was a bad idea…

In alarm of something approaching unexpected, I was about to take strides away to a minimal distance towards whoever stood or sat around to get served, but before I could, he spoke.

'Wait.'

In his voice, there was this much dew, shockingly colder and more petrifying than ever.
