"Sure! I knew great grandfather won't neglect his great-grandson" Ye Long nodded smiling slightly, he was very satisfied with Ye Yan's response "Here is a Cultivation Technique called [Hell Suppressing Divine Mammoth]. Take a look and give it back to me later. Try to cultivate it if you can"
Since giving away single cultivation technique didn't do him any harm, Ye Long kept his word. However, he immediately regretted. Ye Yan went into a total fanatic mood. It was black in colour, giving off a thick red aura as a manifestation of bundles killing intent. The hilt was goldenly carved. Thunder like patterns ran all over it showing mighty appearance. Rumbling clouds paired with everything around, it was a beautiful yet mysterious sight.
"You can go in a few meters inside the barrier. Stop when you are unable to bear the pressure" Ye Yan said before start reading again.
Seeing there is no need for a reply, Ye Long turn to Ning'er. He said "Ning'er when we enter the barrier, start cultivating. Try Devouring soul force much as you could and use it to resist killing intent."
"Mmm,!" Ning'er nodded without words. The girl is quite intelligent. She understood what Ye Long trying to do. No matter what, her support is to Ye Long.
"Let's go then" Ye Long smiled holding Ning'er's hand. They walk inside the domain of Thunder God's sword.
Soon, instead of boundless killing intent, beastly soul forces assaulted them one after another. Ye Long was fine, no matter how heavy soul force might be his body akin to a bottomless pit. It vanishes without a trace.
Ning'er, on the other hand, fully focus on reciting [Heavenly Thunder Mantra]. Her newly acquired Demon Beast Spirit also helping her refining Soul force.
Overall, both of them were fine.
A Few steps after, a thick killing intent, wave after wave, similar to sea waves, brushed them past. For the first time, Ye Long felt as if death nearing him. His face went pale, same as Ning'er.
When Ye Long's mind about to crumble under the heavy intent. A layer of pure flame lit up around Ye Long's whole body. An armour of [Nirvana Flame] protectively coated him. The manifestation of killing intent around Ye Long burn away without resistance.
Ye Long took a deep breath in, relaxing the tired mind. He revolved [Innate Qi] feeling fresh again. He wanted to coat Ning'er with [Nirvana Flame] but stopped.
Ning'er was covered with golden thunder mixed with flaming gold. Her eyes were closed and Ye Long could feel her soul force shooting up like a rocket. Suddenly she began to marge with [Nirvana Thunder Wolf]. Her hair turned white as snow, a furry white tail appeared behind her back.
What startled Ye Long was her tail and wolf-like ears. She looked extremely cute yet noble at the same time. Ye Long took few steps away from her just to admire her beauty.
As expected from something refined by using [Nirvana Flame]. Not only this Demon Beast Soul is powerful, but it also has hidden functions as well. It was able to erase Ning'er 's orignal soul form and imprit its own form into her.
With Ning'er 's harmony of Demon Beast Soul, Soul force started to rush toward her. Although speed was fast she needs time to refine the soul force.
Seeing this Ye Long decide to travel the rest of the journey alone. It's only a few meters, if something went wrong with Ning'er, he could still rush toward her.
Looking at the Thunder God's Meteorite Sword Ye Long smirked. "No matter how much you try, you can't do anything to me. I will sell you"
Of course, when the sword heard this declaration, it urges to send this rascal back got stronger. Killing intent went berserker, sadly it couldn't penetrate [Nirvana Flame Armor].
