Although it was clear from the chaotic battlefield below that the Tower of Dusk had suffered a major loss as well, there was not a single trace of anger in Lin Li's voice. It was not that Lin Li was gracious and magnanimous, but rather that those enemies were already dead to him. There was nothing to be angry about with the dead.

"Is that mage Canuman of the Geresco City Guild of Magic?" asked Basel who was standing next to Lin Li as he suddenly recognized Canuman in the images. He couldn't help but exclaim in surprise. "Isn't Canuman from the Supreme Council? What is he doing here!?"

"Canuman?" Lin Li had really almost forgotten about the guy who had yelled at him during the meeting held by the Supreme Council, and got chased out by Apophis. After Basel's reminder, he finally remembered who Canuman was, but it was mostly because of Geresco City, which had a special name.
