Guys, I forgot to mention this but I revised the category of laws.
For example, Ice Laws are no longer a part of Greater Laws. I made this decision because no matter how I thought, I couldn't line up Space Laws and Ice Laws at the same level.
So, from now on, Ice Laws will be like a slightly stronger Primary Law.
Hope this explains why Kara reached Level One Intent in the Fifth Stage as opposed to the Eighth Stage as one would acheive in Greater Laws.
