Tian Feng didn't want to travel at night as it's was too dark. He descended and found himself a cave to rest.
Spread his sense to the max, he didn't sense anyone around. Thus, he took out a bed and some food to eat.
After which, he went to sleep.

The sound of footsteps could be heard in front of the cave. Unfortunately, Tian Feng was already in deep slumber. Thus, he couldn't hear it.

"You... you are a pig?" Tian Feng was a little dumbfounded. To think that he had just spent a night with a pig. If others were to know, how can he live?
"I'm not a pig. I'm a fox. I'm just a bit fat."
Looking at it again, it seems like it's actually a fox. "I have never seen a fox so fat." Tian Feng said mockingly in a joking manner.
After which, he kept his bed and taking out some food for breakfast. Once the fat fox smells it, she immediately drooled all over. Upon seeing the earnest look in the beast's eyes, Tian Feng beckoned it. "You can have some too but first, transform back to human form."
After eating, he looked at the girl and thought of his pet function which he had never use. Tian Feng asked. "Are you alone? Do you want to follow me?"
"No, I can't." The girl said lowered her head melancholically.
"Why?"
"Someone kidnapped my mother and I have to go save her. I went to find her but those people are too strong. Thus, I can only return and cultivate here for the time being."
"Why would they kidnap your mother?"
"I heard that they were going to use my mother core as a tribute to summon something."
"Summon something?"
"Yeah, one of them said that it will help him breakthrough."
"If you become my pet, I'll save your mother."
"Really? I'll follow you."
How can a fox be so dumb? Forget it, Yuki! Unlock the pet function.

Looking at the newly unlock interface, he saw an item. It was the fat fox. He immediately added it as his pet. The fox felt a consciousness asking if it's willing, and it responded willingly.
He can only add it as a pet when it accepts the request. Otherwise, he would have to beat it until it accepts the request.
After this was done, he can feel a link between him and the fox. He can see its status.
"Let's go save your mother!"
