Capítulo 14: The Melody - Season 1 - Chapter 9
Hello, so sorry for no chapter for about 9 days, over the past 2-3 weeks a bunch in my life has happened. My eldest cat ran away, my youngest cat Kiera was hit by a car (I ended up having a breakdown for like a minute or so and just sat in my room for a couple of days), my phone broke, and now I'm probably moving again.
Most of you probably don't care and I don't blame you, after all, we don't know each other, but I figured you all deserved a reason for my absence.
I'm doing better now and have been brainstorming ideas to get my mind off of things, currently I have now uploaded on Ao3, WebNovel, and Wattpad. I will do my best to check all messages I get to the best of my ability, the only other way to make it easier is to make a discord or something but most wouldn't care to join so I'll leave it as is for now.
A little thing for when it comes to the harem, I'm still thinking about it right now, I'm probably gonna cap it at 8-9 members/girls. But I will count a group as 1, so Wild-WIld Pussycats would only add 1, as for who would be in what group it's still up for debate atm. I'm also gonna probably choose a couple from UA as getting those outside of it won't be for a minute, it's a work in progress, when I've chosen them all I will let you guys know, and if you guys want more to be added later on that can be talked about.
For context, currently Mirko, Nagant, Fuyumi, and Midnight are in. Nana is a runner up and I'm probably gonna make Jiro and Momo a group for simplicity's sake, but we will see as it goes.

MC POV
I head back through the halls to go change back into my clothing, I notice Jiro standing outside of the locker room in her school clothing, an annoyed look on her face.
"Something wrong?", I walk up questioning, I may not talk to others, but it' s a good idea to start.
She turns to her left looking towards me, "huh? Oh I'm fine", she is visibly annoyed.
"You don't look fine, you were enjoying yourself earlier from what I saw, it's been no more than a couple minutes since then, so something definitely happened", she looks up at me, even more annoyed at my pushing, though there also seems to be a tinge of something else, her ear jacks shifting a little.
"Not that it matters much, there's an annoying pervert in the boy's locker room"
'The grape guy isn't here though?' brushing it off for now, "That's not good, though you don't seem as annoyed at the fact that there was a pervert" I lean up against the wall by her, my legs a bit sore.
Her face changes a bit but not to something I can immediately recognize as she isn't looking at me.
At my words she turns away "It's none of your business you should really change though", she heads off as a couple of people from both sides walk out of the changing rooms.
Huh, she didn't have any malice, I think? So why walk away, something for later I guess.
Moving off of the wall I then head into the male locker rooms.

Jiro POV (Didn't expect this did you)
Walking away while playing with my jacks only one thought can cross my mind.
'Who is he? No, what is he? He looks human but his heartbeat it sounds so... off? I can't even call it a heartbeat more like a... Symphony? No, Melody... Yeah, that's more like it. But his quirk doesn't change his physical look, isn't he an emitter type, and the melody. Pausing for a moment and remembering the tune that his body played makes my mind race, it's a sound I never knew was possible.
Calming down a little I let out a little sigh, 'I'm not familiar with his tune, maybe Mom would know something?' I continue my walk, my mind racing with questions.

MC POV
'So it was Kaminari' I walked through the halls of the school alongside a couple of my classmates, a couple of people had stayed behind to make sure Kaminari was ok, and a couple of the females to chew him out.
"Got anything planned after school?", my head perks up at being knocked out of my thoughts as I look to my left noticing my friend(?).
"No not really, why did you need something" "Well seeing as how me and you are gonna be in the same class for the next couple years figured we could try and become good friends".
I suppose I don't have anything else to do, "what did you have in mind", hearing my words she give me a side hug.
"I knew you wouldn't have anything better to do alright-!" she slightly yells as her pace gets faster a huge grin on her face, though only one thought goes on in my mind.
'what is that supposed to mean?'

MC POV (3 Hours Later)
We didn't up doing too much, just going on a walk around the city and getting to know each other for the most part, she's a bit of a tomboy, though that was obvious.
From what she told me about herself it seems she grew up in a rather normal household, her mother, who she takes after, was originally ostracized throughout her life due to possessing a reptilian quirk, but as she grew up and gained a bit of control she managed to enter the workforce as a fire fighter she was thankfully permitted to use her when doing her job.
Quickly rising the ranks she ended up meeting her future husband who had a quirk that could shape-shift a part of his body.
After meeting each other they slowly fell in love and ended up getting together after messing with each other and her mother getting pregnant.
After the Omaezaki Incident, her mother ended up getting hospitalized though thankfully lived, she still works in the force but sits in the back and uses her quirk at long ranges.
Setsuna's fighting to be a hero so her mom can take it easy, not to mention her mom inspiring her to help others.
"Well, this is my house" We stop in front of a two-story house, it's very moderate looking, with dark blue walls, white edges, a couple of bushes, and a balcony on the 2nd floor.
"It was fun hanging out" She looks back at me after hearing my words, and she gives me a big smile.
"Yeah it was, suppose I will see you at school", she heads inside while giving me a wave goodbye, I reciprocate it before heading off back 'home'.

MC POV (45ish minutes later, 7:29 PM)
Heading inside I notice a couple voices saying goodbye to each other as a face starts heading my way, presumably to leave.
"Good morning Y/N" a kind and gentle female voice enters my ears as I look towards 'her' turquoise eyes.
"Good morning Mrs. Todoroki didn't know you would be here today, thought you would be at home or at your school", looking at the older, now-identified, female I take in her appearance.
White medium-length hair with red strips, a white button-up shirt hugging her torso somewhat tightly, a pair of blue jeans with a belt, a set of black shoes, and a pair of glasses.
Overall a very teacherly look, she comes here every now and then due to her job in the nearby elementary.
She's been coming here for about a year or two now, sometimes to just see her students, sometimes for official business, and sometimes as a volunteer.
"Yes well school is just starting up and I also wanted to help out a bit, though it seems you're only just getting back" She gives me a little head tilt, though her caring smile never leaving her face.
"Yeah a friend wanted to hang out so we went around town", "A friend?" she perks up a bit, possibly happy that I have a friend, she is somewhat aware of the situation here though she doesn't bring it up, there is something else behind it, Hope?
"Yeah her name is Setsuna Tokage", at this, she deflates a bit, but still seems happy non the less.
"Hoping it was your little brother?", her smile shifts a little as she scratches her cheek.
"A sister can hope, though I should get going so I can go see him, I managed to convince everyone to have a family dinner tonight over it" She walks past me to the door, opening it she waves by to me.
"Good luck" I wave back at her before heading off to get some food and some sleep.

Whelp there is the full chapter, wanted to expand on some things and give proper backstories and reasoning behind some things, I hope I made it enjoyable.
At the minute the harem is looking like this for me at least.
Fuyumi, Nagant, Midnight, Nana, Mirko/Ryukyu (Grouped, if you don't like the group idea just let me know, for clarification 2 people being grouped means they're mainly hanging around each other for the most part so I count them as 1), and Momo/Kyoka.
So 6 (technically 8) for now, the current runner ups are Mt.Lady and Nejire (No Setsuna isn't on the list, she has 2 votes so she is in the middle). They're the only other people with at least 3 votes, out of the original vote group the dead lasts are Wild WIld Pussycats, Mitsuki, Camie, and Mei (Mei has 0, the others have 1, and anyone not listed has 0, not including Kendo, Ochako, and Setsuna with 2)
