"Eh? w-wait!"
Branimir was dumbfounded. He couldn't run to the window because the point where the stranger poked his neck seemed to restrict his movements.
He was filling out some documents to report to his father but just before he finished a figure in a dusty cloak opened the door like they owned the place.
They had a deep hood pulled over to hide their face so he had no idea who the infiltrator was. Suprised at this new presence, he threw the weapon he had on him at the time - his dagger - and aimed it at the robber.
He didn't put much power into it because this stranger caught him by surprise.
They were so stealthy that he didn't even hear them open the door! The only reason he knew that they were there in the first place was that he just happened to see a slight movement from behind him.
But to his surprise the stranger wasn't harmed at all by the dagger, They actually looked at like it was just another thing one would see every day - not only that but they seemed to be pondering about how much it was worth and not who threw it.. did they escape the asylum?!
And the icing on the cake was when they completely threw aside his attacks like it was child's play!
'But what troubles me the most is how they got up here in the first place! They couldn't have...killed the guards right?'
On that thought, he struggled and after five minutes the point on his neck unsealed. He quickly left his quarters only to see a row of soldiers at attention.
'And how did they land if they jumped out of the tower?!'
The Silverfox clan's towers were smooth so one couldn't climb up or down them..
'So how did they do it??'
Branimir ran to the smashed window and looked down at the rows of guards on the small posts along the walls.
No shouting.
He took a good look at the ground right where they should have landed. No blood.
'Just who is this person?'
Branimir was bewildered.
