Ghost of the Yonder

A place which is only referred to by the people as "the Capital" Unnerved by such a thing, Lyra would like to leave, until a story is brought to her by a man named Natas Fadinglow and mentions how a certain "being" is afoot. This being forces Lyra to a point where she physically cannot leave.
