Yes, but your good bacteria will not be able to recover by itself. There are some good microbiome that is just hardly available in probiotics food (yoghurt, kimchi, etc) and that just make it so that antibiotics is not worth it
It's getting better after they gave me some medication, though I threw the antibiotics out the window because I can't afford to kill my gut microbiome with it. However, I'd drink the rest just fine.

Antibiotics kills the good bacteria in your guts and small intestines, that fuck up your whole digestion as you’d have a hard time absorbing nutrients as you’re supposed to be. As for immunity wise, good bacteria also helps to protect you from any harmful pathogens so if it died, obv your immunity gonna get screwed.
