Lith out here talking about Lost Cities like they are target dummies. Meanwhile even Guardians typically opt to seal them as the effort and possible collateral damage to kill them is barely worth it.
"Why not?" Lith shrugged. "If we win, we'll make the colonization faster and easier. If we lose, since we'll stand over a geyser we have imprinted, we can Tower Warp the moment things go south. Either way, we'll have gained priceless battle experience."

That is also a perfectly accuracy description of most Lost Cities as well…
"A millennia old piece of junk who's been locked up until a few years ago?" Lith snorted.

Nah it’s believable. Normal Saints would likely not even be able to take a Great Beast alone. Even a cohort of them would probably consider it a dangerous and challenging fights. The fact that this group is managing to kill multiple even if it takes a few attacks each already shows the difference between them and normal Saints
Sadly, it was not as deadly as she would have wanted. Killing a Great Abomination was no easy feat even for Saints, after all — several of them had to concentrate their attacks on the more powerful dwellers of the depths and waste quite a bit of time to bring a single one down, while the rest were free to reduce the distance between them and the shore unopposed.

Now if the theory from the previous paragraph is correct, either the reflections do indeed contend with Mordret or, should Mordret actually be one of the “Others” himself, then the reflections could end up being allies to him and things become much worse
Her brother would have to contend against the real mirror wraiths here.

Oooh I like that theory, the Mordret, Prince of Nothing that we know is actually the original son of Valor’s reflection. So Mordret would technically be one of the “Others”. Which would explain both why he does not seem to have similarities with the War God lineage and also why his reflection aspect is so similar to the powers of the “Others”
Morgan herself was a bit different, because she had been forced to face and kill her own reflection not long after becoming an Awakened — her father had escorted her to the Great Mirror personally on that day, and watched the battle until it was over.

After everything he’s been through, Sunny deserves this, they both do to be honest
"B… brother?"
Fantasy · Guiltythree
I both do want to see that, but also it would be such a waste of life for the saints to be getting killed off like that. As long as Sunny gets to show off a bit in front of Rain then I’ll be happy. Maybe if he defeats them but holds back from killing 🤔
