Warren, Ohio is a cozy little city of about 39,000 people, where everyone pretty much knows each other. And yes, it's a real place. I originally tried dropping Zoe into a fictional city called Strata City, but let’s be real: she just didn’t fit. So, I planted her right in my hometown, gave it some fictional spots like ValueMart (a Walmart twist), and suddenly everything snapped perfectly into place. Honestly, keeping it local made the story shine, plus I get to avoid any copyright issues while having an absolute blast creating these quirky places. Wait until you meet the Arby’s substitute I cooked up—trust me, it's going to be a fun ride!
Interesting, a little too broken up in the description department, requiring a little more scrolling but overall, I liked the opening chapter. You have a sophisticated and vivid style with a strong command of pacing. I might read it when I get around to it.
