This story is either not complete at all or the writer half-assed the ending. The build-up was great and the concept is rather unique and though the grammar and overall writing/translation quality sucked, the story still offered a nice enough pace. But the ending or the supposed ending ruined it big time. WN should really implement a system to filter out the incomplete&non-updating works.

The only thing that seriously sucks is The FREAKING TRANSLATION , Mann it's like reading google TRANSLATION or something *shrugs*

As I said, This manhua is seriously one of the best one out there, and people are still chirping about how its unrealistic and the same plot as all the othersSPOILERS AHEAD , yes the FL is spineless at first, and she lets the ML abuse her, but did you not read it past that point??The FL , firstly does not end with the abusive ML , and like did you not see the character development of the ML??Admittedly , it's not the best story out there, but it's hardly the worst either, it's far more realistic than those other trashy manhua on here, where the FL ends up with the abusive ML , 'cause she is charmed by the ML's charms (read:abuse, money, controlling behaviour,etc.)Seriously, at least read this without the other works in mind, the story plot may be similar to that of others, but it is inherently different form them.

iI just really love this manhua, I've read my fair share of manhua and this is the best out of them all, the FL is not dependent on the ML and not hopelessly in love with him, she realises abuse for abuse and takes stand for herself , albeit a bit late but still, she was only doing it for her family.All in all, I just loved this one😍😍, anddd binge read it😂😂

there is also nothing about reincarnation or rebirth in the work info, the only thing that could imply it is the phrase 'in his previous life' which is probably a typo and means to say 'in the past'

and about him being a second generation heir, it's clearly written in the summary that his family went bankrupt.

yeahh, rightt? like they should atleast let us know the endings, if they don't want to complete the story or are unable to, it's soo frustrating being totally hooked on a story and then just... , there is no continuation 😔😔😌😌

Thank you, I found the chapters.but, the content is the same as on webnovel, the 219 chapter there(online) and 109 chapter here(webnovel) are the same, so I'm guessing that the chapters there are shorter or something.I'm like a new user here, yet I've already come across 2-3 works that are not complete, this really takes my reading spirit down a peg mannn😌😌😔😔
