So this time he haven't even completed his incomplete form transformation i.e., Mega X form since only his fire turned blue but not his skin color changed to black , right ? Or is it the full inperfect form until mega z is released ?
There flapping his wings, his fire shooting from his mouth, his fire brighter than ever and a deep blue, his wings longer, his claws sharper, Ash-Charizard was back, this was his semi-perfect form.

Also I think the only pokemons that are not with him in the johto and he may train very less or even forget about are Vileplume, Victreebel and Poliwrath since they will be at lab most of times. And Pidgeot and Fearow might get a little side tracked than others like Machamp and Nidoking. Though I had say birds and polwrath has more potential in future chapter like aid on radio tower in goldenrod city.
