No he didn’t. Chapter 151 says that he spent over a year developing his unique sage mode which means he did not use their chakra. The only reason I could see him absorbing their chakra would be to replenish his own energy, but once again he didn’t steal their sage modes or anything like that.

Sage mode couldnt be achieved that way as shown by when pain tried to absorb Naruto’s natural energy. What he did was study the energy itself and its interaction with chakra then used that information to create and perfect his own sage mode.

Second, each sage region uses or trains sage mode differently so there’s also that. He didn’t steal anything, he studied the flow of natural energy and then created his own sage mode similar to what Hashirama did, because Hashirama’s sage mode is unique to him.
