Think of it this way. 1% of power in F rank could be achieved in a month. Then why wouldn’t SSS rank achieve that same 1% of its max power in that time? Higher ranks doesn’t mean higher percentages (like F rank having 100% max and SSS having 10000% max) Basically the growth speed is the same, but the quality and quantity of power is higher on higher ranks. That’s why that 1% in F is lower than the 1% in SSS when they have the same training time.
