A DxD story without romance is certainty new, and while it might be a turn-off for some I'm actually interested to see how this will develop. My only gripe is that sometimes the character writing is just a little edgy, but it's not a huge issue if you look past it. Look forward to seeing where this Issei ends up, keep up the good work!
Definitely not.
I'm sure you all have a plethora of questions you want to fire at me, so go ahead and do that since I'll be checking them a bit more frequently for this chapter.

There is definitely romance (which has already begun on the Patreon), so that's not a question for this story anymore unless for some reason I were to rewrite everything. As for the blue-balling part I'm guessing you're referring to Esdeath? I'm not sure why everyone misses the fact that she's a genuine child unlike Adaloth, and Avalon didn't attend no diddy parties. Everyone else will get their romance, but taking the personalities of the love interests into account I can't rush it if I want it to be done correctly, so I'm taking my time to make everything flow.

Do you need to talk to someone?
She wore a white ordained dress, which would've reminded Avalon of Venelana had his blindfold not been on, and her bust wasn't too far off, if not bigger.

All that darned Kokabiel's fault!
Decent story, however I think it could be bit more fleshed out. For example, in chapter 1 he makes a lot of points from "scamming" Class D, and winning bets against the clubs, however it's all just stated that happened. I think it would've been better story-wise if the events were actually shown. Fast paced isn't bad thing, but if it's too fast-paced it kinda weakens the story a little. Looking forward to seeing how this develops nonetheless.
Time shall tell.
Probably not, since it'll make writing Basara a pain.
Same here!
"Sylas's son, his name is Sairaorg. He's only a year or two older than your younger sister, and as misfortune would have it, he was born with a deficiency of sorts."
