Kor opened his eyes after hearing the Kryptonian come to a stop near him. When he did, his eyes gazed upwards to find a white Caucasian skinned woman floating above him. The woman had black hair like Kor, wore a more exposed Kryptonian attire. It was dark gray with a cape of the same color, as well as black spandex like leggings, and even had House Zod's sigil upon her chest. Kor frowned not entirely sure who this was, nor why they had Zod's House sigil. That said he knew a warrior when he saw one, and this one was most certainly a warrior.

Moments after entering the lobby, Marcus was approached by his secretary and aide. It was a Russian looking woman with long and well taken cared of midnight black hair. She wore a she had pink white skin, velvet red lips, and mesmerizing dark gray eyes. She was adorned with a long sleeved white shirt that showed some of her well developed breasts. Below that was a belt that held her black trousers above her waist. And below that, were black heels that she had no trouble walking in. There was also a pair of black leather gloves on her hands as well as she held a touchscreen tablet in one hand. Marcus' secretary stood at 6"1, being taller than the average woman.

Xendor stepped inside slowly, and began walking about, looking at different items inside. Eventually he came to a halt when he saw a lean builded man tinkering with something. He wore a deep sea blue uniform, had a trimmed beard midnight black hair, and silver gray eyes. He turned and saw Xendor standing there and simply gave him a nod. "Xendor, I was expecting you." The Kanoan male greeted dryly.

Xendor was inside of an elevator that continued to go down. There were roughly 300 levels that the elevator could go to. He was going to the lowest level to meet Kanoa's most intelligent individual. In a few moments, the elevator opened to reveal a dark sleekly designed hallway with dim lights above. Xendor stepped out of the elevator and marched down the hallway with a serious expression. Within the hallway were armored Kanoans wearing bulky armor, but seemingly boasting no weapons. They stood a good 6"1 in height and seemed to be guarding the door at the end of the hallway. As Xendor reached said door, he watched it slide open to reveal a gym sized laboratory.

Kara stared wide eyed at the many Kanoans walking about, doing their duties, or training with different weapons being from spears, swords, or projectile weaponry. Xendor would come to a stop as they reached a large white spacious room. It was an opened doorway, showing more than a hundred men and women laid out in white skin tight spandex like bodysuits. Each were bruised up, out cold, or groaning from pain. At the center of the room was a tall dark skinned woman, she had a physique befitting an Amazon. Actually compared to normal Amazons, she looked stronger. She was adorned with white chrome like armor as well as a red cape hanging from her back. A shield of the same material was in her hand, as well as a gleaming bronze like sword. Kara gazed at her with wonder, and couldn't help but admire her. The woman turned to show her facial features, locking eyes directly with Xendor. She had piercing blue eyes that looked as if they were that of lightning. Long dark brown hair that reached past her shoulders and had elements of orange at the strand tips. As well as a stoic like expression that slowly turned into one of fondness upon seeing Xendor.

(This is more of a guilty pleasure than anything. Kanoa is an OC city of Metahumans like Krakoa is in Marvel. The only difference being that Kanoans have been around for over a thousand years. Xendor is also an OC character and there will be plenty of OC characters to fill in the Kanoan's ranks. The MC is like a mixture of Batman and Black Panther put together. So in other words, he makes contingency plans for contingency plans. As well as being on the level of an "Omega Level Mutant", though I won't tell you what his powers are. You'll have to figure it out later into the story. Lastly, he wears more than one suit for different occasions, the one that he used in this chapter was his stealth suit to which he called the Knightmare armor.)

Not a waste of development, you have to remember that he has little to no reason to have the Kryptonians brought back. Kor-El/Corey Graves needs reasons to do something. He plans accordingly because he isn't as comic savvy as we are. He will not make bigger plans for his own race until he has a reason to. This is both from his experience on Krypton as well as what he knows. Ie, Zod and Kryptonians trying to wipe out the human race. That gives room for character development to move past his distrust and more. That should have been obvious, but if it wasn't then maybe wait before acting like this was a typical reincarnation fanfic story.
