Angra Mainyu was the weakest servant you can have. An ordinary human can kill him. His Noble Phantasm transfers any damage he takes into his enemies. But he doesn't regenerate. So he has to damage himself just before he dies, then kill his enemies. But with the regeneration of Akaza I can take all damage, transfer it and regenerate myself.
