Maybe truck-Kun had more than one target so truck-Kun drifted and sent them on their journey. That’s how the sides are red. (Or truck-kun was bored and tried new ways to send someone off)
As for what caused his untimely demise in his old world, it was of course a speedy red truck that had truly appeared from nowhere.
