What lifespan are you using because different sources say kryptonians live thousands of years. Some say they don’t have a definite lifespan under the yellow sun ( which this one seems right). others say they live 20 years longer than humans but keep a youthful appearance, but this one doesn’t make sense because their genetically designed to be perfect and living to 120 is short compared to other species in DC.
The reason Kara looked so young was thanks to her Kryptonian physiology. Her body aged much more slowly than a normal human's, which kept her youthful appearance.
