This resulted in the mysterious disappearance of shinobi between the first and second shinobi world war. The results were a small squad of deadly assassins who had inherited different abilities, depending on how much they had won in the Gene lottery. Nozomi wasn't the strongest in any way, but she was the one that survived the longest.
