I know and the tva doesn’t allow any power to be used inside (although Henry’s immunity might negate that but why take a risk when there is plenty. For example when thanos with the full gauntlet returns to the garden after wiping half of the universe with all the stone )
As usual, Henry didn't keep track of how much time had passed since he started working on his Magnum Opus. It drained nearly all of his resources, especially the blood essence of super-powered beings, which he intended for both the Null Physiology potion and the Magnum Opus. He was out of it. If resources weren't enough, he had to endure the excruciating pain of cutting off 50% of his soul. That's right—50%. It was the most painful thing he had ever done, and he vowed never to do it again. He also had to use the Time Stone, draining an entire pool of its essence, the Reality Stone, all the Space Stone essence he extracted from the World War II weapons, and finally, the Mind Stone. Once all of this was prepared, he used the Alchemical Weapon Creation skill to create a stone. If the wide smile on his face was anything to go by, it meant he had succeeded, as Henry now held a green stone in his hand.

Look this is how I understand it. Mana is a liquid which container in a container and let’s say the container is full ie 100%, now container is opened ie mana is activated and every minute 1% of the mana liquid contained inside the container is drained until 100% of it is gone (or the container is closed) then the mana is automatically refilled
[Mana: 100% (1 mana lasts for 1 minute, 1 mana can be recovered every 1 minute)]

You know one think I hate about fanfic is summoning characters from other universes
"All i ask, is to keep your mouth shut, how hard can that be?" henry asked as he got up before sighted he then shot the man in the head, "clean this mess up," he groaned, he couldnt really be asked to do this action, not because he didnt want to take a live, no he was starting to enjoy that, especially when he extracted their flesh and soul, something about delivering high dosage of pain to people but he just couldnt be asked to deal with minor task like this as he had more important matter to attend to, like creating a stronger pheonix warrior potion, he then returned to his original hideout as he though, "i need to leave this place, i have been here for far too long" he was starting to get anxious if remaining in the same place for too long, epseially after what happened with the winter soldier, and terry could feel that he was anxious so he snapped his peak as if he was saying.
