Yes, but that require a specific type of Job Classes, and Raizel isn't going to practice those Job Classes. I admit, I worded it a little strangely, but oh well.
Unfortunately, because he was a type of undead, he couldn't practice the Light element, so those classes were also useless to him. So, he gave them all to his friends on their birthdays. Even though he couldn't use them, his friends could use them for their NPCs.

He has other methods to protect himself from such attacks, for instance one of his abilities is like Blood Field from Noblesse, and one of its form make him almost invulnerable, but at a huge cost.
