At the end of the day your point of character needing to be monitored by aizawa is null,(1) the author never mentioned such a thing,(2) a lot of potentially dangerous quirk are in class 1-B and (3) the joint battle shows how closes both classes are to each other in term of fighting ability. Yes at the end 1-A won, mainly due to plot armor. But at the end of the day my point still stands and it is a fact that the classes are separated randomly, until the original author says otherwise.

It’s not specified how a character comes to know their quirk in the manga and anime. What you’re saying makes sense but having such high technology in the world of my hero academia it wouldn’t be surprising if they have a machine to know what quirk someone has or even a quirk telling peron, someone who’s quirk is to know other peoples quirks. In the end what you say is not canon same as what I say. They’re both theories that could possibly fit into the mha setting. As long as the author hasn’t clearly stated how someone’s quirk is found out then we are both simply speculating with the little information giving to us in the manga.
