Wow, author. I went to check out his first fic, and the difference between these chapters now and the chapters in his first fic is absurd. Not wanting to offend of course.

Well, okay.

I don't read many Korean novels, but my favorite novel, Overgaered, is Korean. The bad thing about the Chinese ones is that they put a lot of unnecessary information and report every move of the characters, and the authors praise the characters in every paragraph. The Korean style is good because it separates well the thoughts from the lines (' for thoughts, and " for lines), it has some exchanges between 1st person and 3rd person that makes the readers understand better the characters and their feelings, it doesn't have so much unnecessary information, etc... So I would say I prefer the Korean style. But you could leave some things of the Chinese, like the way you describe the environment.
