I had already infered it. What i was saying was that you should describe the scene better. It is confusing like does she have a wheelchair or strecher? Are they on a boat the entire time etc. You could have made it a lot more visual for those who are not strict AOT fans to infer this and show what kind of world this is. Like a scene on how it was hard for them to get a spot and bandages. Also a doctor telling us how severe her injuries are. This would really make the novel more alive. But these are just suggestions if you don't want to then fine. Just a reminder in this way only those who watched AOT will enjoy this so your audience will be limited. But if you dont care much about fame and just want to enjoy the process of making it then you shouldn't bother as it will just make you burnt out. Remember you cant please everyone so don't care as long as you are pleased.
