First of all I realize that obito didn’t go from one tomeo to mangekyo, it was two. And if you are also referring to Sasuke I’m going by the Naruto show lore instead of the flashback that was in Naruto shippuden. In the original Naruto show sasuke didn’t awaken his sharingan during the massacre, he awakend his sharingan during the wave mission.
In other words, every Uchiha who awakened the Mangekyō was, without exception, a prodigy.

Idea for simulation, do a scientist beginning. Because you could create Vatborns like Fabius bile, then you will have your own guardsmen. Sure you would have to train them, but Zaire could train them effectively with his collective combat experience, and you could leave the technical training to your man of iron.
Thanks for the chapter
The yammaka clan where “ino” comes from, and the Nara clan has yin release. Yin is basically mind affinity while Yang release is body affinity, which the alkamichi clan has.
This limitation explained why, decades after Tobirama invented the technique, only Minato Namikaze had managed to learn it. Minato was the only one who naturally possessed Yin Release. Since Kakuzu didn't have Yin Release, he saw no point in wasting his time on something unattainable. Instead, he opted for more practical benefits.

Your right, but think of it like this obito only had one tomeo in his sharingan before Rin’s death, and when he witnessed her death, his love interest, his sharingan jumped from one tomeo to mangekyo within a few seconds, and this happened when obito was a child, 12-13 years old, and he awakend his sharingan and mangekyo only a couple days apart. While a supposed genius like itachi got his mangekyo when he was in his late teens, like at 16-18years old, only after learning that Danzo has betrayed the plan to stop the coup of the uchiha and watching his best friend kill himself. When Sasuke was young itachi used genjutsu to kill both of their parents in front of Sasuke, and that didn’t even awaken the sharingan, and at the time he was almost the same age that obito was when he awakend his sharingan and mangekyo, but sasuke didn’t awaken anything. But what the author is saying is that any young uchiha awakening their mangekyo for only one tradegy or the death of one person dear to them is a genius.
In other words, every Uchiha who awakened the Mangekyō was, without exception, a prodigy.

The clan of the ping pong table. A clan so arrogant that they believe that “table top tennis” is equivalent to actual tennis, and is an art form.
On this street, one particular group of individuals stood out. They all wore identical uniforms, and on the backs of their attire was a distinct clan emblem: a design split into two parts—the upper half a red crescent moon, the lower half a white curved shape. From a distance, it resembled a ping-pong paddle.

Kakuzu like mr krabs most likely got the dojustsu the “Ryogan”, or the Money eye technique.
His certainty wasn't baseless—it was ingrained, a skill honed through years of experience. Kakuzu's innate sensitivity to wealth bordered on supernatural.

I like the rin toshaka Ishtar better.
(A/N: Ishtar's looks in this chapter is based on a design made by TM artists on how Ishtar looks without a host. The design was never "officially" released, as such it's not technically Canon, but its the closest thing we have to Ishtar's true looks.)
