You're mistaking that 99% and 1% to be events where Kiana blasted SA with 1% of her power while the 99% were the effort of everyone elsr, and it's not that she sealed all her powers in the moon; it's more like she sealed herself in the moon to gain control of the Cocoon and Honkai, and she failed, as we can see in Post Honkai Odessey. Finality isn't that powerful if you include the fact that Hi3 also exists in Star Rail. If Honkai were that OP, it would have put all humans in Hi3 and HSR under its influence and control, but it didn't; instead, it only targeted earth. That speaks of limitations in itself; otherwise, it would be actively contesting all other Aeons on influence on humans in an attempt for some of them to accept its embrace.
And in this verse, beyond the Aeons from the Star Rail next door, who the heck can kill her?
