they are not comparable at all ...they have purely opposite personalities .... one (rin) is outgoing personality (although not too much but still reasonable amount afterall to keep in check obito she surely isn't timid) , other one (hinata)is timid and meek.... the only think common in them is their gentle nature and lack of interest in violence .
I could be wrong about this....i don't think he can as they don't have any specific ability ( wood release is exclusive to hasirama and chakra chains are most probably fuinjutsu combined with yang release ) ..... I could be wrong about this as i don't really know what author have in mind ....maybe mc can copy them.

the girl has truly suffered . her husband died , son is a mentally 40 years old but acting worse than obnoxious brat , a family that is better not to have . she should be the mc rather than the other one .
are u sure mc was 40 years old in his previous life? no matter what happened its not like its the woman's fault. even if he doesn't acknowledge her as his mother to treat her like that over food is not right. i don't know about others but I don't think he should return to his old family either so they don't suffer at hand of 40 years old which will be more brutal .

even susui had one ability ( I don't remember the name as it is a hard name for me) his ability is related to controling others through genjutsu without letting them know . but both of his eyes control the ability differently as such both eyes had different cooldown and names.

i am writing this comment after reading chapter 55. I don't know about others but for me this is one of the few Naruto fanfic that gave me the same thrilling excitement of madaras battles in 4th ninja war . keep it up author.
