Welp, it's up to you. All I had to say was that ability wasn't even properly obtained in the first place. It was unlocked in advance due to the crisis he faced. His system kind of cheated. Everything that the MC gains properly wouldn't be locked like that (nor will he be receiving a nerf). Even I get frustrated with typical nerfs just to make a story interesting.

Technically, that wasn't the only criterion used by CoF when selecting Herrschers. She had an extreme high level of honkai resistance atop other things. But yeah, this character was supposed to come off as childish, since she was just a child. She hadn't seen much of the world except when her family abused and sold her, plus the inhumane experimentation that lasted years.
