The fact that the fall of the Valyrians led to the rise of the Dothraki does not excuse or justify the actions of the Valyrians. The Dothraki is also a violent and oppressive culture, the only difference is that they don't have dragons or magic, as I said in my story, there is nothing categorically better about Valyrians than other people besides Dragons.
