it still requires being able to feel things which are connected to the brain since the brain would transmit it to the body to move it, dbz fans skipping neuroscience cuz "instinct" instinct is behavioural pattern if you do certain things long enough you'd be able to do it without thought but it still requires an input for next move which is connected to your sense, I see the ball moving even if I have instinct in catching the ball I would still fail at catching it if my body-mind connection is slow, can react faster than you "think" i could hear the "but UI gets cancelled if you think" "think"as in how fast is your mind at sending signals to certain parts of your body to move and how fast can your body translate those signals into movement

For all purposes and intent it's dumb to multitask talents(powers) a mage focuses on being a mage because it takes a lot of time to master that craft, like how Top level Taekwondo martial artist focus on Taekwondo and not going to divert his focus on being an archer, it's simply impossible human mind can't multitask the productivity goes down and without even considering the talent required to do certain stuff, no man can do that
