The next chapters show there’s more beyond the three realms also, again I didn’t think I needed to say this but the title of the book does imply there’s a distinction between a God and a True God. Also all gods upon death become defiers, because, well, they’re gods
You’re assuming there are others that have done what Caine has done, also, what you saw in samsara were dead gods stripped of their cultivation and only godly through remanents of what they truly were. Spoiler—in the recent chapters, Caine goes blind and insane merely by gazing at a demigod, so I think the gap is illustrated, it’s just not noticeable in Samsara
The difference is that it’s not normal for a mortal, let alone a cripple, to do what he does. I didn’t think I needed to say this but this heavily implies there is something strange going on with Caine, something that in a way separates him from other mortals Also, using the arts to reach Godhood is a dead path, so no, others can’t just copy what he did
I never said he practiced anything, I said he understood it then distilled it into applicable methods for his mortal state
I have said quite a few times that he has reached the equivalent stage of quasi-Godhood in the arts
Imagine twins whose lives depend on the other but in this case, one’s a humanoid creature and the other a beast
"Are you insane?! Your body needs time to acclimate to such large influxes of blood forces just like everyone. The fact that you managed to survive the fusion of two god grade bloodlines at once is already a testament to how talented you are but don't push your luck! If you stress your body too much, you'll die." Hurriedly said Vulkron as he appeared in his Chibi form.

Please remember Orion is insane, I don’t why everyone forgets that when reading the book. He is insane in a very literal sense, the narrator simply plays off that
"So, you'll be gone for seven years?" Sadly asked Orion.

He managed to trick three gods and an outer deity as a cripple, if you were him, would you not be somewhat confident? As dumb as it may seem, it is justified, in a sense
From the little time she'd spent with him, she'd learned much about the enigmatic prince—and one thing was clear: Caine was as unyielding in his trust of himself as he was in his power.
